The Beauty of Michigan Photography Contest is open! Break out your cameras and share your best shots!
The Beauty of Michigan Photo Contest asks that all contestants follow the rules listed below.
Rules for all entries
| All ages are welcome to enter the competition. |
| Professional and amateur photographs are welcome. |
| Photographs must be taken in the State of Michigan. |
| Contestants may enter one photograph per category. |
| All entries must be original photographs taken by the contestant. |
| Photographs must be in its original state with no alterations. /td> |
| Photographs must be submitted by the last day of the prior month |
| Submitted photos must be JPEG or JPG format. |
| Photographs must be at least 1000 pixels in height and width. |
Category Rules
- Scenery

Photos that are submitted in this category should contain natural sceneries and settings. Photographs should highlight things such as beaches, waterfalls, forests, sunsets, ext. Elements such as cars, people, cities, and similar content should be avoided.
- Wildlife

Photos that are submitted in this category should contain at least one species of wildlife that has a natural habit in Michigan. Please no pet photos.
- Arts & Culture

Photos that are submitted in this category should contain images of city/urban life. Containing elements such as architecture, sculptures, public art pieces, city sky lines, and similar objects.
